High Holiday Babysitting 2025

The Emanuel Synagogue offers complimentary babysitting for children ages 6 months to 5 years during High Holiday services.

Babysitting will be available on the following dates and times:

September 23 & 24: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
October 1: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
October 2: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Babysitting will take place in the Small Board Room, located across from the Main Sanctuary.

To help us plan appropriately, pre-registration is required. Walk-ins will be accepted only if space allows, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that snacks and drinks are not provided. If you choose to bring your own, they must be nut-free and kosher. Babysitters will not perform diaper changes, so please plan accordingly.

On the day of drop-off, you must inform the staff who is authorized to pick up your child. Our goal is to create a safe and fun environment. If your child needs you or has trouble adjusting, we’ll come and get you from the service.
