Herb Keinon, longtime columnist at The Jerusalem Post, will speak about Israel and the Russia-Ukraine Crisis. His sharp analysis will provide an insider's view on Israel's perspectives in this crisis. The title of his talk is, "Trying to Walk Through the Rain Without Getting Wet."
